In partnership with Baker Consulting, Asha and Kevin facilitate interactive sessions that help nonprofits better understand their financials so they can best align them with organizational fundraising plans. We review basic fundraising practices and marketing and communication strategies that allow nonprofits to map out their current budget and goals and plan for realistic revenue growth. Participants begin building a fundraising plan and drafting a communications plan in community with a cohort of nonprofit organizations.
