I am passionate about developing community relationships and identifying through-lines between people and organizations. As a woman of color with a multicultural upbringing, I am naturally drawn to expanding support to underrepresented communities, doing so equitably, and sharing those ideals with my clients. Effectiveness takes many forms, but that needs to be guided and led to reach beyond the “lowest hanging fruit.” My work thus takes a holistic approach, including education, assessment, and collaboration.

After spending a decade in the medical field and finishing my undergraduate degree, I transitioned into social services with an emphasis and passion for community building. More recently and over a span of 20 years, my time has been spent in the nonprofit sector spanning direct service in programs, operations, philanthropy, and external relations.
